“Slow Train to the Coast” is a line from a Shins song (Young Pilgrims) that Ed and I listened to many, many times. The Shins, in fact, are pretty much the soundtrack of our relationship, from the very beginning, so it made sense for them to mark, in some way, another important stage in our lives.

Also, we LOVE trains, especially slow trains, that snake through beautiful landscapes.
